Terms of Service

The short version: Vamp Launcher is a non-custodial tool you use at your own risk. Cryptocurrency trading can result in total loss. We don't hold your funds, we don't promise specific outcomes, we don't recover lost transactions. By using the launcher you agree these are the rules of the road.

1. Acceptance

By installing the Vamp Launcher browser extension, visiting vamplauncher.com, or otherwise using the launcher, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Vamp Launcher is (and isn't)

Vamp Launcher is a self-hosted, non-custodial interface that helps you interact with the public pump.fun bonding curve protocol on the Solana blockchain. Specifically:

It builds Solana transactions on your behalf based on the parameters you enter
It asks your Phantom wallet to sign those transactions — Phantom always shows you the full details before you approve
It broadcasts approved transactions to the Solana network via standard RPC infrastructure

Vamp Launcher is NOT:

A custodian or exchange — we never hold your funds at any point
A financial advisor — we make no recommendations about what to buy, sell, or hold
A market-maker, liquidity provider, or counterparty to your trades — those are all the pump.fun protocol and other on-chain participants
A registered broker-dealer in any jurisdiction

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to interact with cryptocurrencies and decentralized finance protocols in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of Vamp Launcher complies with the laws of where you live.

If you are located in a jurisdiction where the use of pump.fun, Solana, or decentralized finance is restricted or prohibited, you may not use Vamp Launcher.

4. Risks of cryptocurrency trading

Memecoin trading is extremely high risk. Most pump.fun tokens lose 100% of their value. You can lose all funds you commit. We strongly encourage you to never trade with more than you can afford to lose.

You acknowledge that:

Cryptocurrencies are volatile — prices can move 50%+ in seconds, especially for early-stage tokens on bonding curves
Liquidity is not guaranteed — tokens may become illiquid or untradeable, leaving positions stuck
Smart contract risk exists — pump.fun's contracts, the underlying token mints, or other DeFi infrastructure may contain bugs, be exploited, or behave unexpectedly
Network risk exists — Solana itself may be congested, halted, or temporarily fork; transactions may fail or be delayed
Front-running and sniping — automated bots may attempt to extract value from your transactions; the launcher's auto-sell features attempt to mitigate this but cannot guarantee outcomes
Tax obligations are yours — every buy/sell may be a taxable event in your jurisdiction; consult a tax professional

You bear 100% of these risks. Vamp Launcher provides no guarantees of profit, no protection from loss, and no recovery mechanism.

5. The 0.5% platform fee

Vamp Launcher embeds a 0.5% platform fee in every buy and sell transaction. This fee is implemented as a SystemProgram.transfer instruction within the same atomic Solana transaction signed by your Phantom wallet. Phantom shows you the fee transfer before you approve, and the fee never moves if the transaction fails.

By using the launcher you authorize this fee. The fee is hardcoded in the distributed build and is part of how we sustain ongoing development.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

Keep your Phantom wallet, seed phrase, and private keys secure — Vamp Launcher cannot recover them if lost
Review every transaction Phantom shows you before approving — you are responsible for every signature you make
Set realistic slippage and priority fees — the launcher cannot prevent you from setting parameters that result in failed or unfavorable transactions
Comply with all applicable laws — including anti-money-laundering, sanctions, and tax laws in your jurisdiction
Use the launcher only for tokens and trades you have the legal right to make

7. Prohibited use

You may NOT use Vamp Launcher to:

Launch or trade tokens whose purpose is fraud, securities violations, or other illegal activity
Engage in market manipulation, including wash trading, spoofing, or coordinated pump-and-dump schemes
Launch tokens that violate intellectual property, are hate speech, sexualize minors, or otherwise violate basic decency
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the distributed build to remove or alter the 0.5% fee instruction
Attempt to overwhelm or attack our infrastructure (Cloudflare Workers, hosting, etc.)

Even though Vamp Launcher is non-custodial and we cannot prevent your transactions, we reserve the right to revoke access to the hosted launcher (vamplauncher.com) and proxy infrastructure for accounts found violating these terms.

8. No warranty

VAMP LAUNCHER IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

We do not warrant that:

The launcher will be available at any particular time
Transactions will succeed, confirm in any particular timeframe, or achieve any particular price
The launcher's auto-sell logic will protect you from loss
Token metadata (names, symbols, images) cloned from other tokens is accurate, original, or non-infringing

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE VAMP LAUNCHER TEAM, ITS CONTRIBUTORS, OR ITS INFRASTRUCTURE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF FUNDS, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE LAUNCHER.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE LAUNCHER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US AS PLATFORM FEES IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Vamp Launcher team and contributors from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

Your use of the launcher
Your violation of these terms
Your violation of any law or third-party right
The tokens you create or trade through the launcher

11. Third-party services

Vamp Launcher interacts with third-party services including Phantom (wallet), pump.fun (bonding curve protocol), Helius (Solana RPC), Cloudflare (infrastructure), and the Solana blockchain itself. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their performance, availability, or content.

12. Changes to the service or these terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of Vamp Launcher at any time without notice. We may also update these terms — if we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date and post a notice on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using Vamp Launcher at any time by uninstalling the extension and not visiting the website. We may suspend or revoke your access to vamplauncher.com or our proxy infrastructure if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms. Note that because the launcher is non-custodial, terminating your access to our hosted services does not affect your wallet, your funds, or your ability to interact with pump.fun directly through other means.

14. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Vamp Launcher team is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration where permitted by law. You agree to waive any right to participate in class actions.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. The unenforceable provision shall be replaced by an enforceable one that most closely reflects the original intent.
