Before you write
A few things that resolve most tickets faster than email:
- Check the FAQ on the homepage — it covers the most common install, Phantom-connection, and launch errors.
- Include the transaction signature (the long base58 string) if your issue is about a specific buy, sell, or launch. We can look it up on-chain.
- Tell us your environment — browser version, OS, and whether you're using the extension, the web app, or both.
- Screenshots help, especially of any error message or the Network/Console tab in DevTools.
What we can't help with
- Recovering lost or stolen funds — we never custody your wallet, so there's nothing on our end to reverse.
- Reversing trades that lost money — the bonding curve is a public on-chain market; once the transaction confirms, it's final.
- Recovering a lost seed phrase — that's controlled entirely by your wallet (Phantom, Solflare, etc.), not us.
- Anything that would require us to see your private key. We will never ask for it.

If you've found a security vulnerability in the extension, the web app, or any related infrastructure, please email [email protected] with details. Please do not publicly disclose the issue until we've had a chance to address it. We don't currently run a paid bounty program, but serious responsible-disclosure reports will be credited (with your permission).
